At Pay Stream Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our hardware. Because we provide professional-grade equipment, we maintain a transparent return process.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective hardware returns to cover inspection and repackaging.
Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original factory packaging, and including all manuals, cables, and warranty cards.
Warranty: All products are guaranteed to be authentic. If a device is defective upon arrival, it is covered under our 1-year limited warranty.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed immediately via Stripe and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (usually within 5–10 business days).
